Event Rules
All participants must be employees of Husqvarna Construction and assigned to your team.
No outside contractors or guests may be featured in your performance.
All team members must participate in the Lip Sync Battle
Your team captain is the only person from your team that can communicate with the event producer.
Participation
All song selections are due by January 13, 2026.
You can select one song or select multiple songs and create a mash-up.
All songs are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Songs not prominently featured in a mash-up are not automatically exclusive and could be featured by other teams.
Songs must be free of explicit language, including profanity, slurs, or derogatory content.
Songs must avoid lyrical themes involving sexual content or innuendo, violence, drug use or illegal activities, harassment, bullying, or hateful language.
Song Selection
Your performance must be between 60 - 90 seconds in length.
You may feature one song or a mash-up of several songs during your performance.
All 15 teams will perform on the night of the event.
The performance order will be announced 24-hours prior to the show date.
All performances will take place inside the Guitars & Cadillacs live music venue in front of the audience and a panel of judges.
Stage Performance
Sample Performances
The judges will be select members of the Husqvarna executive team.
They will be critiquing your performances and each giving you a score between 1 - 10 points, with 10 being the highest score possible score.
The criteria the judges will be using to evaluate your performance is as follows:
Creativity - the judges will be looking for fun, clever concepts to bring your performance to life, including the use of themed costumes and props.
Choreography - the judges will be looking for the synchronization amongst the team members and the selected music.
Overall Performance - taking the entire performance into consideration the judges will be grading teams based on their effort, enthusiasm and the overall entertainment value.
Judges & Judging Criteria
Costumes may not be culturally insensitive, stereotypical, or associated with any political or religious symbolism
No food or beverage are allowed on stage during your performance
No confetti, glitter or anything that will make an impact or leave a permanent mark on the stage, floor, walls or ceiling
No smoke or fog machines
No lasers or strobe lights
No projectiles may be thrown from the stage
No performer may purposefully jump from the stage at any time
All props must be under 6’ in height
